What level should I join?
Absolute Beginner
If you are completely new to dance, please wait for information in the community chat before joining. This class runs separately from Improver and Intermediate levels.
Improver
You should have basic dance knowledge to join this level. You need to feel comfortable with:
• Basic side steps
• Back steps
• Basic spins
• Right and left turns
This level focuses on building strong foundations, confidence and stamina.
Intermediate
This level is more choreographically focused. You should feel confident picking up combinations at a faster pace and performing with intention and presence.
Course structure:
• 2 weeks focused on technique
• 2 weeks focused on choreography
Each month we work on one full choreography. The goal is to build performance quality, consistency and stage presence.

Can I try a class before committing to a course?
Yes. You can book a Tester Class for £20. This allows you to experience the training and decide which level suits you best before committing.
Can I book a drop-in class?
Yes. A single drop-in class is £14.
However, the 4-week course is highly recommended for proper progress and development.
How much is the 4-week course?
The 4-week course is £47.
Is there a student discount?
Yes. Students receive 10% off all bookings except bundle offers. Valid student ID is required.
Do I need to be physically fit to join?
No. You do not need to be physically fit to participate.
Classes include technique, choreography and light conditioning. Stamina, strength and confidence are developed progressively through consistent training.
What shoes should I wear?
Wear comfortable dance shoes. Heels are recommended for styling in heels-based classes, but they are not required when you first start. You may begin in trainers and transition into heels as you build confidence and technique.
What should I bring?
Water for breaks.
Will classes be filmed?
Filming may take place at the end of class for performance and promotional purposes.
What happens if I miss a class?
Courses are non-refundable. Please contact us if you miss a class and we will advise on possible options depending on availability.
